Our Business Model

 

With the Bunton Real Estate compensation plan, you will earn more per sale than with any other real estate broker.  We only charge you $300 Transaction Side after each closing and let you keep 100% of the commission!  To be in our program and benefit from all the agent support we provide, there is a nominal $75 a month Membership Fee.  That’s it.  There are no additional costs and NO HIDDEN CHARGES.

Bunton Real Estate Co. devotes its time and efforts to provide services at the most economic cost it can provide.  The company’s market plan is simply to help anyone who has enlisted us for service, and we strive to do this without undue pressure and annoyance on our part.  We have always tried to abide by the contract and produce ethics to all beyond measure, and without questions, for we wish to treat others the same way we would like to be treated.
